Logan turns 7

Happy Birthday Logan! Can't believe he is 7 years old already!! He is loving first grade and doing really well. Some of his favorite things right now are: Star Wars (of course this is likely never to change), GI Joe, Transformers, playing with his friends, jumping on the trampoline, and mastering his lightsaber moves. He LOVES peanut butter, pizza, and Dr. Pepper. He is so tenderhearted and I hope that never changes.

Logan had his birthday party at Leo's and got to spend the day with his two best friends: Tyson and Ian. They had so much fun together. It was such a good day!

Of course anyone who knows my son is not at all surprised by his wanting a Star Wars cake!

Will's 1st Birthday

Where did my baby go???? We cut his long hair and it TOTALLY changed his looks. He went from baby to toddler just like that!

New Year's Day 2011, Will turned 1 year old. And what a year he had. He had such a rough start and has fought so hard to be here, that we spoil him and are so protective of him. When he was born he had a collapsed lung and developed pneumonia because of it. Then 6 weeks later he had to be hospitalized again after only being out for 4 1/2 weeks for another lung infection. He had to be quarantined and anyone who came over to the house had to sanitize their hands and wear masks if they were going to be anywhere near him. He is still really susceptible to illness so we are very careful with him. THANKFULLY we still have him and love him so very much!!!!

At first Will wasn't sure what to do with his piece of cake, but once he picked it up he didn't put it down. He kept it to his mouth and just kept gnawing on it until it was gone. He was an adorable mess!

Will

Will has the curliest hair, especially right after his bath. His hair was so long and had to be cut, but he was so darned cute! Garrett liked what we called his "Brian Setzer" hairstyle.

Christmas 2010

The kids were SO excited for Christmas. They had a lot of fun counting down the days to Christmas on our countdown calendar. They got to move the bear every day and as it got closer to Christmas they got SOOO excited.

Good ole' fashioned Idaho Winter

Winter hit hard this year with more snow and cold than we have had in YEARS. Below freezing temps in November made it feel like January. The kids loved the snow though and had so much fun catching snow flakes on their tongues, making snow angels and throwing snow at each other. One of their favorite things was of course eating snow and icicles.
